Braised Pork over Rice

For dinner tonight, I've decided to go back to my roots. My family are from Taiwan and ever since I was little, I remember spending time with my grandparents a lot. My grandma was the cook and boy, can she cook! She usually makes this with ground pork, boiled eggs, and fried tofu. I've decided to change this recipe up a bit by adding pork meat, carrots, and daikon. On the side, I have also made some tea flavor boiled eggs. All together this dish was a symphony in my mouth... YuMmMmm

Grandma, if only you were here, you would be so proud of me. I miss you very much <3
